We started Jaishrishti Infra & Construction Private Limited because we live here and know how things work in Nawacity. Our office is right there on Station Road, near the Hanuman Pura Stand. If you have been around Nagaur, you know the dust and the heat we deal with every day. It is not an easy job to keep a construction site running smoothly when the sun is beating down on the workers, but we manage. We have our own mix of guys who show up, and some have been with us for years. We handle the foundations, the walls, and all the heavy lifting that comes with local infra projects. It is mostly about getting the right materials at the right time. Sometimes the trucks from the station are late, and that throws off the whole schedule. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. It is just us in this small office in Trisingiya. People walk in, ask about building a wall or a small shed, and we figure out the costs. It is honest work. We spend a lot of time walking around sites, checking the cement mix, and making sure the levels are straight. The railway station is close, so there is always noise from the trains passing by. It reminds us that things are always moving. We just keep our heads down and finish the projects we started last month without much fuss.
