You can find us over on Nagaur Road in Athiyasan, right where Sukharam and Kripa Ram’s place is. It is a quiet enough area most of the time, which suits us just fine. We mostly spend our days dealing with the local spices and food items that come through our doors. We do not have a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. It is more of a practical setup where we can get the work done. Usually, the office is a bit of a mess with sample bags and logbooks scattered around. We started this because we knew the area and we knew the food trade. There was not any grand plan to take over the world. We just needed a way to make a living and handle the products we know. Some days are busier than others, especially when the trucks arrive all at once. We do not use big words or try to sound like something we are not. We are just local people working in the food industry. Sometimes we make mistakes on the paperwork and have to go back and fix it, but that is life. We know the people around Athiyasan, and they know us. There is no need for fancy signs or big logos. We just focus on what is in front of us and try to stay organized. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do.
