St Marys English Medium School

You can find St Marys English Medium School over at 2-125/1 on Police Station Road here in Achampet. It is a busy little corner of the town. We have been at this location for a good while, serving the families in the area. The school building is tucked away a bit but once you get inside the gate, there is plenty going on. We don’t have a massive campus with stadiums, just a couple of buildings and some space for the kids to run around during their breaks. Being near the police station means it’s a pretty easy landmark for everyone to find. We get a lot of dust from the road sometimes, but we try to keep the classrooms clean for the students. The teachers here are dedicated people who live in or around Achampet. We aren't interested in being the most expensive or flashy school around. We just want to make sure the kids learn their English and other subjects properly. Sometimes the roof leaks a tiny bit in the heavy rain, but we get it fixed up when we can. It’s a very local operation. We know the parents by name and see them at the market or around town. We focus on the daily routine of reading, writing, and arithmetic. It is a simple life here at the school. We don't need much more than some chalk, books, and students who are willing to sit still for a few hours. We have a small gate that we lock every night before going home.
