Rallulla Dasthappa

Rallulla Dasthappa is located at H No 5-89/2 in Nidjintha Village. We are part of the Maddur Mandal area, which is a fairly quiet region. The workspace is part of the home, so the line between living and working is pretty thin. We spend most of our time out in the open or in the small shed where we keep our tools and materials. It’s a dusty place, and there are always things lying around that need fixing. We don’t have a marketing plan or any big ideas about expanding. We just take the work as it comes from the people in Nidjintha and the surrounding villages. Usually, someone will drop by on a motorbike to ask for help with a task or to see if we have something in stock. The sun can be quite brutal out here in the open, so we do most of the heavy lifting in the early hours or late in the evening. There are no fancy signs or bright lights to show where we are. If you know the house number, you can find us. It’s a very simple way of doing things. We don’t use a lot of technology; it’s mostly just hands-on work and talking to people face to face. It’s a modest life in the village, and we are quite content with the way things are going. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get it finished.
