Mahadhaaniyam Organics India Private Limited

Our place is out in Madanam Village, right on 2/18A, Mariyamman Koil Street. If you’ve ever been to Sirkali Taluk in Nagapattinam, you know it’s a bit different from the big cities. We deal with organics under the name Mahadhaaniyam, which basically means we spend our days thinking about grains and how they grow. It’s quiet out here compared to the highway, and you can usually hear the bells from the temple nearby if the wind is right. The office isn't much to look at, just a door on a dusty street where we keep our records and meet with the local growers. We don’t have any shiny brochures or a fancy lobby. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, trying to make sure the bags are packed right and the quality is okay. Nagapattinam weather can be really tough, especially when it’s humid, but we just get on with it. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just doing our part with the grains we know. People in the village know us as the folks at 609104 who are always busy with the harvests. It’s hard work and some days are better than others, but that’s just how farming life goes. We like the pace here, even when things get a bit disorganized during the peak season when everything arrives at once. It is a plain way of living, but it suits us fine.
