If you walk down Cattamangalam Street, you’ll find us tucked into Shop No 10 and 11 inside the Zinna Complex. It’s a busy little area, and Intech Computer Services has been a part of it for a good bit of time. Our shop isn't massive, but we make it work with what we have. Most of the time, the counters are covered in dismantled laptops, random screws, and keyboards that need cleaning. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. People from around the neighborhood stop by because they know we’re here. We don’t really do big advertising; word just travels from person to person. It’s mostly about getting those computers back up and running so folks can get back to their lives. Sometimes we get stuck on a tricky hardware issue that takes half the day to solve. It can be frustrating, but that’s the job. The light in the complex isn’t always the best, so we use those bright desk lamps to see the tiny parts. We take breaks when we can, usually grabbing a quick tea from the stall nearby. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around, just the one that actually listens when you describe what's wrong with your screen or your battery. That’s just life at Zinna Complex for us in the shop, and we wouldn't have it any other way right now.
