The Leela,Kempinski

This office for The Leela, Kempinski is found in Lumding, Assam. We are set up at Rly. Qr. No. E-143 in the Brick Field Colony. It is the residence of Mr S. Arjun Rao, and we use a portion of it for our operations. Lumding is a railway town, so everything here revolves around the tracks and the trains. It is a very different environment compared to the big luxury hotels the name might suggest. We are in a quiet residential area with lots of trees and small gardens. The office itself is very basic. We have a table, a few chairs, and a telephone that we use to coordinate things. We do not have a front desk or a lobby. If you come by, you are basically walking into a home. We spend our time managing local logistics and keeping in touch with the main offices. It gets very rainy in this part of Nagaon, and the ground outside gets quite muddy. We just wear our boots and keep going. We do not have a fancy website or a social media person. We just handle the emails and the calls as they come in.
