Veer Cashew Industries

We spend most of our days over at the Iscon Arcade, right near the highway. If you know the area near Plot 504 and 505, that’s where we get things done. It’s busy around here with the trucks coming off National Highway No. 8, but we like the pace. Mostly, we handle cashews. There is a lot of sorting and checking that goes into it. People sometimes think it’s just about putting them in bags, but there is more to it than that. We have our regulars who stop by. The air in the facility usually smells like roasted nuts, which isn't a bad way to spend an afternoon. We started out small and just kept at it. Some days the machines act up or the heat gets a bit much, but we manage. We aren't some big fancy office with glass walls. It’s just us working with what we have. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the piles of crates get ahead of us. It is honest work. You can hear the highway noise all day long while we work through the batches. We don't have a lot of time for long meetings. We just get the cashews ready and move them out. It’s what we do. Nothing more to it really. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and most people in the arcade know us by name. It’s just a normal business day for us, every day.
