Shiv Agency is located on Santram Road. We are pretty easy to spot because we are right opposite the S.T. Bus Stand. Being near Akshar Motel also helps people find us. It’s a very busy area. There’s always the sound of buses pulling in and out and people rushing to catch their rides. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The office is small and filled with files and the smell of old paper. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the agency work. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the noise from the bus stand, but you learn to tune it out. We get all sorts of people walking in, asking for directions or looking for our services. We try to be helpful. Santram Road is the heart of the town in a lot of ways. We’ve seen the motel change hands and the bus stand get busier every year. Through it all, Shiv Agency has just kept going. We aren’t looking to expand into some giant company. We like being right here where the action is. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and the desk is usually cluttered, but we know where everything is. It’s just us, doing our thing, day in and day out, making sure the paperwork gets handled correctly for whoever walks through the door.
