Big fancy entrances aren't something we have. You just walk in and you are there. The building is functional above all else. Rows of classrooms and some office space for the paperwork make up the space. Running a school in Nadiad means we see a lot of the same families year after year. It’s a steady kind of place. Changing much doesn't happen because the way we do things seems to work for the people here. Every day, we make sure the doors are unlocked on time and the place is clean enough for the students. Middle of the day is when it’s not always perfectly quiet. Someone is usually running in the corridors or a teacher is talking loudly. A marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches doesn't exist here. It’s just us teachers and the people who look after the grounds. Days are spent making sure the kids have their books and a place to sit. It’s a very normal, everyday sort of school. Part of the local scenery in Nadiad, we just blend in. Most people don't think twice about us being here, which is fine. We just keep the school going as best as we can.
