Gadhavi Career Development Academy

If you walk down Santram Road in Nadiad, you will find the Virgo Complex. We are in unit B-9 on the 1st floor. It’s a decent spot, not too far from the main parts of town. We set up the Gadhavi Career Development Academy because there weren't many places around here focusing on this kind of thing. The first floor is nice because it’s easy for people to get to without waiting for a lift. We have a few rooms where we sit down with students and go over their career plans and study materials. Nadiad is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone, so we get a lot of people just walking in because they heard about us from a cousin or a friend. The complex itself is quite busy during the day with other shops and offices. We keep our door open most of the time to let some air in. It is a bit basic inside, just the essentials like tables, chairs, and some filing cabinets for the paperwork. We aren't a big chain or anything. It is just a local effort to help folks in the 387001 area get a bit ahead in their careers. Sometimes we stay late to help someone with a last-minute application. It’s hard work, but we like being here on Santram Road. It feels like we are right in the middle of things.
