You can find us at 22 Rabindra Sarani in Ranaghat. This is in the Nadia district. It’s a bit different than the big city, which we like. Shambhu Malti Infrastructure Private Limited is basically a group of us who know how to build things. We handle infrastructure projects. That sounds like a big word, but mostly it’s about roads, pipes, and basic structures that people need. Our office is right there in the middle of town. We spend a lot of time out in the heat or the mud depending on the season. Nadia has its own way of doing things, and we fit right in. We use local workers whenever we can because they know the ground better than anyone else. Our paperwork is kept in a few cupboards, and we do most of our talking face to face. We aren't very interested in big advertisements. People around here know who we are. If someone needs a job done, they usually just walk in or call us on the mobile. Sometimes the materials are late because of the transport from the city, but we find ways to stay busy. It’s a practical life. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the work we finish stays standing for a long time. It’s about being reliable in our own neighborhood and doing our work properly.
