We run everything out of Dhirendra Kumar’s place in Mohanpur. It’s a quiet area for the most part, which suits us just fine. You won’t find any big glass buildings here, just our workspace where we figure out the day’s plans. We do infratech work, which sounds a bit complicated, but really it’s just about building and planning things correctly. We have a small crew and we’ve all known each other for a long time. Some of us grew up right here in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time out at job sites, so the office isn't always full. When we are there, it’s usually to handle the bills or draw up some new plans. It’s a humble setup but it works for us. We don't see the need for a lot of extras. Usually, if someone needs us, they just drop by or give us a call on the mobile. There’s always a bit of dust on the boots and some maps spread out on the table. Mohanpur is a good place to be based because we can get to most sites pretty quickly from here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just one that does its job and treats people okay. It’s mostly about keeping the projects moving and making sure the guys have what they need to finish the work.
