Our place is in Bhabanand Pur. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the big cities. We work on infrastructure, which basically means we are involved in building things that people need. It’s a lot of logistics and planning. We don't have a massive glass office or anything. It's just a functional space where we meet and talk about our projects. Most of the time we are out on the field anyway. Bhabanand Pur is where we keep our records and handle the administrative stuff. It’s a local operation. We know the people around here and they know us. We don't use a lot of complicated language to describe what we do. We just build. It’s about the materials, the workers, and the weather mostly. If it rains, things slow down. That’s just reality. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the work we started. It takes a lot of coordination to get things moving. We have a few vehicles and some basic equipment. Every day is a bit different depending on which project is most urgent. We just wake up, head to Bhabanand Pur, and start the day’s tasks. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied. The local tea stall is where we do most of our brainstorming. We just take it one day at a time and try to finish what we began.
