Fashion Baazaar

You can find Fashion Baazaar right in the middle of Betai Bazar here in the Nadia district. It’s a lively place, especially on market days when everyone from the surrounding villages comes in to buy their essentials. The shop isn’t anything fancy, just a solid brick building with enough space for our stock. We deal with clothes and daily wear mostly. The fans are always running because it gets quite hot in Betai during the summer months. We’ve been part of this bazaar for a long time, so we know most of the faces that pass by. Sometimes we just sit out front on a stool and watch the carts go by. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way. There’s a lot of dust from the road, so we’re always dusting off the counters. The lighting isn't the best, but we make do with what we have. It’s a family-run thing, and usually, there’s at least two of us here to handle whatever comes up. People like coming here because they know they can just talk to us normally. We don't use any big words or try to act like a big city shop. We’re just a part of the Betai landscape, doing our thing day after day while the sun goes down over the fields nearby.
