Digicon

Digicon is based out of Kalyani in the Nadia district. We are at F/2A, a spot that most locals know well enough. It’s a bit different here than in the big cities. Things move a little slower, which is fine by us. We’ve been running this business for a while, and we’ve gotten to know the families and the small businesses around the area. The shop itself is pretty basic. We have our workbenches, some storage for spare parts, and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. We don’t really go in for fancy signs or polished floors. It’s more about having the right tools for the job. We see a lot of the same faces coming back when they have a problem with their home PC or when their printer starts making a weird noise. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Word travels by mouth around here. We just try to be helpful when someone walks in with a broken device. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other days we close up early if the weather is bad. It’s a small-town kind of life, and we like it that way. We don’t use a lot of technical talk with our neighbors because they just want their stuff to work again. We do what we can with what we have and keep the doors open for whoever needs help.
