We are based out of Kathuriapara in Krishnanagar. It’s a quiet enough area in the Nadia district, not like the big city. Our place is under the Kotowali Thana jurisdiction. Being an agro-focused company, we spend a lot of time thinking about the local land and what’s growing. Agro Pvt Ltd is just a small group of us working out of this spot. We aren't in a rush to become some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We like knowing the local farmers and the people who live down the street from the office. The office is simple. We have some chairs, a few desks, and plenty of files stacked up. It gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but we don't mind. We just keep the fans running and get on with it. Most days are spent talking to people about their crops or equipment needs. It’s honest work. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. If someone needs us, they usually just walk in or give us a ring. It’s worked for us so far, and we don’t see any reason to change things up. We just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss.
