Js Agro Industeries

We are located at D-20 Focal Point, which is right in the middle of all the noise and activity. Js Agro Industeries is where we put together equipment for the local farmers. It is a practical space with high ceilings and plenty of room for the welding machines. Most mornings begin with the sound of metal being cut or hammered into shape. We aren't a corporate office with suits; most of us are in work clothes that stay dirty from the grease. The office is just a small room partitioned off with some plywood where the phone rings and the bills get paid. There is usually a layer of fine metal dust on the windowsills. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big signs. The work is what matters, getting the machines built so they can handle the tough soil around here. Sometimes we run behind schedule when a part doesn't show up on time, and that gets stressful. We just handle it as it comes. It's a small crew and we've worked together for a long time. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten quickly before getting back to the floor. When the sun goes down, the machines stop and we head out. It’s not a complicated business model, just making things that work for people who need them.
