Vsmart Developers And Builders Llp has its office at 161 A in the Kiadb Housing Area out in Hebbal, Mysore. If you know the 570018 area, you know it is a mix of houses and industrial spots. It is a bit of a drive from the palace side of town, but it is where we have set up shop. The building is a simple one, nothing that stands out too much from the street. We have a small sign, but it is easy to miss if the trees out front are overgrown. Inside, it is just a bunch of desks and some old wooden chairs for when people come to visit. We spend most of our mornings drinking coffee and going through the mail. The Hebbal area has its own rhythm, and it can get pretty quiet in the afternoons when the sun is high. We do not have any big corporate lobbies or fancy receptionists. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a computer to say hello. There is always a stack of blueprints or site plans sitting on the main table, often with a few tea stains on the edges. We have been working out of this Mysore location for a while now, and we are used to the way things work around here. It is a practical space for practical work. We do not spend much on decorations, preferring to just keep the files organized and the lights on.
