We are located at 23, Deviramanni Agrahara. It is an older part of Mysore, specifically the Fort Mohalla area. Things move a bit slower around here compared to the city center, which we actually prefer. Our building is simple and serves its purpose. We deal with construction projects and all the paperwork that comes with them. Most of the staff live close by, so they walk or take a scooter to get in every morning. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here, but the locals know the way. We’ve got a small team. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. The office gets a bit warm in the summer, but we keep the fans going. It’s a lived-in space. There are stacks of files everywhere because we like to keep track of everything manually. We don't have a big receptionist area or anything like that. If you walk in, you'll probably just see someone at a desk working or a few of us having a quick lunch. We like the quiet of Fort Mohalla. It allows us to focus on the technical side of development without too many distractions. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the small stalls nearby. It's a very local feel. We've been at this address for a while and don't plan on moving. It fits the way we work perfectly. Just a straightforward office.
