UNNATHI FOUNDATIONS LLP

UNNATHI FOUNDATIONS LLP is based out of Mysore, specifically in the Bogadhi Village area. We are located in Rajarajeshwari Nagar at No. 537F, on the first floor of the B.E.M.L. HBCS building. Mysore is a much slower pace than Bangalore, which suits us just fine. We work on foundations and basic structural projects. It’s the kind of work that happens before the fancy stuff gets added to a building. It’s dusty, heavy, and very physical. Even though we are in the office part of the time, our minds are usually out on the dirt sites. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, and we know the local ground conditions well. That’s important when you are doing foundation work. The office is pretty quiet most of the time, just the sound of the ceiling fan and maybe someone typing. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing team. If someone needs foundation work done, they usually just ask around and find us. We talk to people plainly about what their land needs. Sometimes the soil is tricky, and we have to figure out a different way to handle it. It’s just problem-solving with stones and cement. We like the honesty of the work. You can't really hide mistakes in a foundation, so we just make sure it's done right the first time without any shortcuts.
