Sweet Indulgence Private Limited

Sweet Indulgence Private Limited is based out of B/115 in the Sai Surakhya Apartments. The address is 36/2, Saraswathipuram, over in the Nayanapannahalli area. It’s a residential spot, so it stays fairly quiet compared to the main city. We work out of this unit, and it’s where all the mixing and baking happens. Mostly it's just a lot of manual work. We spend hours looking at ovens and waiting for things to cool down. It’s not a big industrial kitchen, just a space that works for us. Living and working in the same general area like this makes life a bit easier. Saraswathipuram is a nice neighborhood. We’ve got our regulars from the apartments who know when something fresh is coming out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just wanted to make sweets and have a place of our own. Sometimes the delivery guys have a bit of trouble finding the right block in Sai Surakhya, but once they find B/115, they’re set. We do our own washing up and keep the books ourselves. It’s a small team, and we all pitch in. There are days when things go wrong and a batch gets burnt, but we just start over. It’s a real business with real people, and we just take it one day at a time here in Nayanapannahalli. We are just happy to be doing what we do.
