Suryani Fine Arts

Finding us on Dhanvanthri Road is pretty easy if you know the street well. We are at 519. This is a typical road, always something going on outside the door. At Suryani Fine Arts, things are usually a bit cluttered. We have stuff leaning against the walls and tucked into corners. It’s not the kind of place where everything has a perfect spot, but we know where things are. The morning light comes in through the front and hits the floor just right for a few hours. I spend a lot of time just moving things around to make space. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it. There is always work to do instead. The traffic outside can get noisy, especially in the afternoons when everyone is trying to get somewhere else. We just stay inside and keep working. Sometimes people stop by just to say hello or ask for directions because we’ve been at 519 for a good bit now. It feels like a solid part of Dhanvanthri Road. We have our regulars and we have the people who just happen to walk past. Life is simple here. We open the doors, do what needs doing, and close up when the sun goes down. No big fuss, just Suryani Fine Arts doing its thing day in and day out.
