Down here in Mysuru, things move a little slower than in the bigger cities, which is fine by us. Sri Balaji Developers And Promoters Mysuru Private Limited is located over in Belavadi Village at Vinayaka Enclave. Being at No 1 gives us a good spot to see what’s happening in the neighborhood. We spend most of our time looking at land and talking to folks about where they want to live. It’s a lot of walking around outside, especially when the sun is out. The office isn't anything too crazy, just a place for us to keep our maps and files in order. We’ve been part of the Mysore scene for a bit now and we like the local feel of Belavadi. Sometimes we have to drive into the main city for meetings, but we’re always happy to get back to the village side. It feels more grounded here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do right by the people who come to us. Usually, someone is always brewing tea in the back room and the door is mostly open. We get all sorts of people stopping by to ask about plots or just to say hello. It’s honest work, and even when the paperwork gets annoying, we like seeing things grow. Mysuru is a great place to be doing this kind of development work right now and we’re glad to be a small part of it.
