Smpa Constructions Private Limited

We’ve been over here at Smpa Constructions in Srirampura 2nd Stage for a while now. Our office is right there on the 7th Block of BEML Layout. Most days, you’ll find us out at different sites around Mysore or just sitting around the desk trying to get the paperwork sorted. It’s a busy life in building stuff, but we like it that way. We don't really do the fancy office thing. It’s mostly just us and some tools and a lot of planning for whatever project is next on the list. Usually, someone is always running late or looking for a misplaced set of blueprints, but that’s just how it goes when you’re building. We handle a bit of everything when it turns to construction work in this part of Karnataka. It’s not always pretty, especially when it rains, but we get the job done. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood because it’s where we know people and where the work is. If you walk past the office, you might see us drinking tea or talking to a contractor about sand prices. It’s a local operation, nothing too big or complicated. We just focus on the bricks and the mortar and making sure things stand up straight. Sometimes the phone rings too much and sometimes it doesn’t ring enough, but we keep showing up. Being in Mysore is good for us. It’s a city that keeps growing, so there is always something to fix. We aren't trying to change the world, just build a few solid things. That’s pretty much us.
