We’ve been running Sara Builders And Developers Privatelimited from our spot on Rama Vilas Road for a good while now. Our office is at 991 Ch 34 in Mysore, right in the thick of things. Construction is just what we do every day. It’s not always pretty, there is a lot of dust and paperwork, but we get through it. People know where to find us if they have questions about a project. Usually, someone is around the office handling the phones or dealing with site plans. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves in the local building trade. Mysore has changed a lot since we opened, but our address stayed the same. It’s a busy part of town. Sometimes the traffic on Rama Vilas Road makes it hard to park, but we manage. We handle the building side and the development side too. It’s a lot of coordination with different crews and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to. Some days go smooth and others are a bit of a mess with delays or weather, but that’s just how this business works. We aren't a giant corporation, just a team trying to finish projects properly. If you walk by 991 Ch 34, you’ll see our sign. We keep our files organized, or try to, and we spend most of our time out on sites or here looking at blueprints. It's honest work.
