We are located on the second floor at No 85/2. It's right on 9th Main, near 5th Cross. Being so close to Javaregowda Park is nice because it gives a bit of greenery to the area. Saraswathipuram is a well-known neighborhood and we've been here for a bit. Our office is where all the planning for Saatvik Builders And Promoters Private Limited happens. It’s a functional space with desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders piled up. We don’t really have a big reception area or a lot of staff in suits. Usually, it's just us in casual clothes trying to figure out the next steps for our projects. Some days are slow, just answering emails and sorting out files. Other days, it’s a mess of phone calls and people coming in and out. The stairs up to the second floor keep us moving throughout the day. We like the local vibe here. There are some good tea stalls around the corner where we take our breaks. It's a straightforward operation. We deal with land, building stuff, and the usual promoter tasks. Nothing is ever perfect, but we try to stay organized. If someone needs to find us, the park is the best landmark to use. It's a pretty easy walk from there. We just focus on the daily grind and getting through the list of things to do without making it complicated.
