Quetech

Our shop, Quetech, is tucked away behind Jk Tyre in the Hebbal Industrial Area. It’s one of those spots that people sometimes miss if they aren't looking closely. The industrial area is always active, with trucks moving and people working in all the different units. Being right behind a big place like Jk Tyre makes it easier for people to find us, though. We spend our days here doing what needs to be done. It’s mostly technical work, so there’s a lot of focus involved. We aren't big on talk; we just like to get through the list of tasks. The air around here always smells like grease and metal, which is pretty standard for Hebbal. Sometimes the power goes out, or a delivery is late, and we just have to sit and wait it out. It’s a practical way of life. We don’t have a fancy front office or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our work clothes, likely covered in something from the machines. We’ve been at this for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial estate. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially under the tin roofs. We usually take a break then and just grab some tea. It’s a simple operation, really. Just a bunch of us working in a shed behind the tyre factory, making sure the orders are ready.
