We are over in Mysore, specifically in Mahadeshwara Layout. Our office is on the first floor of building number 246 in Vijayanagar 2nd Stage. Mysore is a bit calmer than Bangalore, and we appreciate that. The layout is fairly well-planned, and it’s a nice place to come to work every morning. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us grew up around here, so we know every street in Vijayanagar. We handle property consulting, but we don't try to act like we know everything. We just share what we’ve seen and what we know about the local land and houses. The office isn't anything special—just some tables, a few computers, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. People drop by for advice or to check on their listings. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. You just walk up to the first floor and talk to whoever is free. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We find that being local helps a lot because people trust someone who knows the area. We spend a lot of time out of the office, looking at sites or meeting people in the neighborhood. Life in 570017 is steady, and we just try to keep up with the changes happening in the city. It’s a good way to make a living and we enjoy the people we meet. We just keep it simple and honest.
