You can find us at No 4B in the North A section of Ananda Nagar. We are located in Bogadi, which is a place we’ve come to know really well over the years. Nature City Developers Llp isn't a huge operation. It’s just us working out of a modest space to get things built. Our office is usually pretty quiet unless a supplier is dropping off a load of bricks or a contractor is stopping by to discuss a delay. We don't have any polished sales people or big marketing budgets. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know what we do. We spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to make things fit. The paperwork involved in developing sites can be a real mess sometimes, but we’ve learned how to navigate it. We aren't the type to use big words or make grand statements. We just show up at Ananda Nagar every morning and get to work. Sometimes the weather in Bogadi slows us down, especially during the rainy season when the ground gets too soft for the heavy machines. When that happens, we just hunker down in the office and catch up on the planning side of things. It’s a regular job for us. We just try to be practical and get the houses finished so people can actually move in.
