Our office is tucked away in Kuvompu Nagar, specifically in the A.M.B Block on Navilu Road. It is a quiet enough part of the city, at least when you compare it to the main junctions. We have the N-426 address, which most delivery drivers manage to find eventually after a quick phone call. The space inside is kept pretty simple. We have a few desks, some old metal cupboards for our files, and a small area for people to sit when they come in to talk about property. There is not any big corporate feel here. It is just a handful of us dealing with the paperwork and local property listings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to see plots and houses around the area. Some days are slow, while others involve a good amount of running around between different local offices. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the desks get buried under site plans and legal documents. The neighborhood has changed a bit since we first started, with more shops opening up on the nearby streets. We usually grab lunch from one of the local spots and get right back to the tasks at hand. It is a regular job for us. We handle the stuff people need when they are looking for a place to stay. It is not always exciting, but it is what we do every day.
