Mskb Infra Properties Private Limited is a small setup we have running. We are located at #1213, Ch-10, on the 2nd Cross in Krishnamurthypuram. It’s actually a C/O S Basavaraju address, so it’s more of a personal, home-based vibe than a big glass building. We like it that way because it keeps things grounded. We work on property stuff and infra projects from here. Krishnamurthypuram is a decent area with a lot of regular people just going about their business. We do the same. Most of our work involves looking at property details and figuring out development plans. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the paperwork lying around, but we manage. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us handling the queries and the sites as they come. People usually just call us up or stop by if they are in the neighborhood. We’ve stayed at this 2nd cross location because it’s convenient and feels right for the kind of small-scale business we are. We don't make big promises, we just look at the properties and see what can be done. It's a straightforward way of doing business and it works for the folks we deal with. We spend many hours here going over legal documents and trying to make sense of the local property market. It’s just how we spend our time, and we’ve gotten used to the pace of this neighborhood.
