Our office is located at number 61 in Phase Vi of Vijay Nagar. We are situated right across from the HP petrol bunk, which honestly is the easiest way to tell people how to find us. If you are ever there filling up your car or your scooter, you can look across the road and see our sign. We have been doing real estate work in Vijay Nagar for a long time. It is a busy area and having the petrol bunk right there means there are always people moving around and plenty of activity. We deal with buying and selling residential houses for the most part. The office itself is pretty simple and plain, just some sturdy desks and chairs where we can sit and look at local maps or property deeds with clients. We are not fancy people and we do not try to act like we are. We just happen to know the local streets and who is currently looking to move or sell their place. Sometimes the traffic noise from the main road out front gets a bit loud, but we are completely used to it by now. We have helped a lot of different folks in Phase Vi find their homes over the years. It is satisfying work when a deal finally gets closed after all the usual back and forth between people. We do not use any of those slick sales pitches you hear sometimes.
