Indian Estate

You can find us at No-32/A in K Block, right on Abichunchanagiri Road. We’re in the Kuvempunagar area, specifically on Vishnu Road. It’s a pretty well-known part of Mysore. The office is just a simple place where we manage everything related to the local property market. We’ve got some chairs and tables, and the usual office equipment that hums in the background. It gets quite a bit of sunlight in the afternoons, which is nice. We spend our mornings checking messages and looking over the local listings. Kuvempunagar is a nice neighborhood to work in, it’s got a bit of everything. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby or anything like that. When people walk in, they just see us at our desks. We just tell them what we know about the properties around here. It’s mostly just chatting about what’s available and what the prices are doing lately. Sometimes we walk over to the nearby shops to get some coffee or snacks. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve been at this address for a while, so the neighbors know us. It’s just a regular local business life for us here on Vishnu Road. Nothing more, nothing less. We keep the files in order and answer the phone whenever it rings, which is pretty often some days. The desk fan makes a bit of noise, but it keeps things cool enough.
