IMARK CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is at No. 484 in the 'I' Block on Chadhuranga Road in RK Nagar. We have been working in Mysuru for quite some time now. Construction is a messy business and our office usually shows it. There are often rolls of blueprints sitting in the corner and dust on the shelves from the road outside. We aren't a big corporate company with fancy receptionists. Most of the time, it’s just one or two of us here while the rest are out at various building sites. We handle the daily tasks of managing workers and checking on materials. Mysuru has a slower pace than some other cities, and we like that. It lets us focus on the job without too much noise. Some days we spend more time on the phone than we do actually building anything, which is just how the industry works. We deal with whatever comes up, like rain delays or missing supplies. The office furniture is a bit mismatched, and the tea we make isn't anything special, but it gets the job done. We’ve lived in this area for years, so we know the local suppliers and the people around RK Nagar. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just show up and do the work that’s needed for each project. It’s a simple way of running things and it works for us. The road outside can get busy during school hours, so we try to time our site visits around that.
