GHAVI PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Out here in Mysore, things move a little slower than in the bigger cities. Our place, Ghavi Projects, is tucked away in JP Nagar. We are at number 47, Sri Khoorma Nilaya. It’s a quiet residential layout, Siddalingeshwara Layout to be exact. It’s mostly houses around here, which makes for a nice working environment. We’re on the 1st Main in the 2nd stage area. Our office feels more like a house because it basically is one. We deal with various project work around the Karnataka region. We don't have a big marketing department or fancy logos on every wall. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and figure out the logistics of our projects. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing cricket outside while we’re trying to have a meeting. It makes it feel more like a community. We like the 570008 area because it’s peaceful. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Mysore. We just want to do our projects well and keep things moving without all the corporate nonsense. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at site photos. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about regular stuff. It’s a simple life and we like it that way. We don't need much more than a good cup of coffee and some steady work to keep us going.
