Dhananjaya Bricks

If you head out to 306 Siddalingapura, you will find our yard. Things are a little quieter out here than they are in the middle of the city. We run Dhananjaya Bricks from this spot, surrounded by a lot of red earth and open space. We spend pretty much all of our daylight hours outside. When it is sunny, we are busy making the bricks, and when the clouds move in, we have to rush around to get everything covered up. It is a simple life and a very physical one. We don't have much of an office to speak of, just a small wooden desk where we keep track of the orders. Most of our customers are folks from the nearby area who are building their own houses or maybe a shed for their animals. We like it that way because you get to know the people you are selling to. The work is definitely hard on your back and your hands, but there is a good feeling when you look at a stack of solid bricks that you made yourself. We don't bother with advertising or anything like that; people just know where we are. We try to be fair and just get the job done for whoever needs it. Sometimes we have to sort through the bricks by hand to make sure we aren't sending out any cracked ones. It is just us, the soil, and a lot of effort every single day.
