Bikram & Manjeet Developers Private Limited is located at No.1, Hig-1, Group-3, in the KHB Colony of Hootagalli, Mysore. We are a bit away from the main noise of Mysore city, which is nice. Our office is in the colony, so it has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. We spend our days working on land development and building projects around Karnataka. It’s a small team here, and we’ve been at this address for a long time. The office is just a simple room with some old desks and a lot of maps of the local area. Fancy decorations or corporate styles are things we don't go in for. We prefer to spend our time out at the building sites anyway. Mysore has its own pace, and we try to work with that. Sometimes the paperwork for land development takes forever, and we just have to sit and wait for the bureaucrats to finish their part. Other days, we are busy from dawn until dusk. Big words to talk about what we do aren't necessary. We just build houses and develop land. It’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it at Hootagalli for years. If you come by Group-3, you’ll likely see our sign. We are just regular people trying to do an honest job in the construction business. It's real work that we take pride in. We just keep our heads down and keep building for the local folks.
