Bhuvi Living Space (Opc) Private Limited

Bhuvi Living Space is based in Mysore, specifically in the P&T Block of Kuvempunagar. We’re in the Bank of Baroda building on Panchamanthra Main Road, which is a landmark most locals know. Being an (OPC) Private Limited means it’s a pretty small operation, mostly just me and a couple of people helping out with the housing and living space side of things. Mysore is a bit quieter than Bangalore, which we like. The office is at 610/B, and it’s a simple setup where we handle all the paperwork for our real estate and living space projects. We spend a lot of time talking to people about where they want to live and what kind of space they need. It’s not always easy because people have very different ideas of what a home should be. We don't have a marketing department to write nice things about us. We just show up, open the office, and deal with whatever comes through the door. Sometimes it’s a lot of back-and-forth with builders or checking on site progress down the road. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and the location on Panchamanthra Main Road makes it easy for people to drop by. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people find a decent place to stay without making it too complicated. It's a lot of phone calls, site visits, and making sure the documents are all in order before the day ends.
