You can find us at Number 1 in the Railway Building on JLB Road. We are right there at JJR Circle, which is very close to the Mysore Railway Station. Being near the station means we get a lot of travelers coming through. Some are just arriving and others are waiting for their trains. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. It’s not a very complicated setup. We have our kitchen and our display area, and we just try to keep things moving. Some mornings start very early because we have to get everything prepared before the first big crowds show up. It can get a bit hectic when multiple trains arrive at once, but we manage. We aren’t a big corporate office with fancy talk; we’re just people working in a shop near the tracks. The building has its own history, and we’re just glad to have a space in it. We deal with all kinds of customers, from locals who live nearby to tourists who are just passing through Mysore. Every day is a little bit different, which keeps it interesting. We don’t spend much time on decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the food and making sure the counters are clean. It’s practical work, and we just get on with it. It gets tiring sometimes, but we like the pace. Most days are okay, and we just take things as they come.
