We are located at number 313 in Sathagalli. It is part of the Fourteen HPO and RMS Layout over in Shakthinagara. It is a bit of a long address, but once you get into the layout, it is not too difficult to spot us. We have been here for a good amount of time and have watched the neighborhood grow as more houses and offices move in nearby. Our setup is quite basic. We have some desks, a few chairs for when people stop by to talk, and plenty of binders filled with plans and various permits. We are not interested in trying to look like a giant corporate firm. We just want to get the building and development work finished. Most of our days are spent either on the phone or out at the actual sites. When we are actually in the office, we are usually just catching up on our paperwork or trying to plan the next stage of a project. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. There is no fancy reception desk or anyone waiting to open the door for you. You just walk right in and someone will be there to see what you need. We speak plainly and do not use a lot of industry jargon. We just tell people the facts. It is a practical way to run things.
