Open Edvantage Llp

Our place is located at Number 350 on the 5th Cross of Kaveri Main Road. We’re in Raghavendra Nagar, which is a fairly busy part of the area. Open Edvantage Llp is a small operation. We have this one floor where we do all our work. It’s not a massive space, but it fits our desks and the few bookshelves we have. The road outside can get quite loud with all the traffic, but we’ve mostly tuned it out by now. We aren't a big company with fancy branding everywhere. We just have a small nameplate near the entrance. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a relief in Bangalore. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some old chairs and a table that wobbles a bit if you lean on it too hard. We spend our time working on our projects and trying to keep everything organized. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls. We don’t really have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just show up and do what needs to be done. Sometimes we go out to the local tea shop for a break when we need to clear our heads. It’s a very grounded way to work. We like being part of the local neighborhood here in Raghavendra Nagar. It feels like a real community to us.
