L&T Integrated Engineering Services

Our team works out of the Kiadb Industrial Area in Hebbal, Hootagalli. L&T Integrated Engineering Services is based in this part of the city because it’s where all the industrial action is. It’s not the kind of place people visit for fun; it’s where real work gets done. The landscape is mostly warehouses, factories, and other engineering offices. Our building is functional and focused on the job. Inside, it’s mostly engineering workstations and meeting rooms where we hash out technical problems. We spend most of the day looking at designs and collaborating on various service projects. The commute out to Hootagalli can be a bit long depending on where you live, so the morning starts with everyone getting their coffee and settling in. There isn't much in the way of fancy cafes around here, so we usually bring our own food or eat in the canteen. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have time for a lot of fluff. We just focus on the engineering tasks at hand and try to stay on top of our deadlines. The noise from the nearby industrial units is just a part of the background here. It’s a place for people who like to solve problems and work with their heads or their heads all day. We’ve been in this Hebbal location for a while and it suits the type of work we do.
