Enkefalos Technologies Llp

We started Enkefalos Technologies Llp over at No. 5420 in Vijaynagar 4th Stage. We are in the 2nd Phase of the layout, which is a part of town that has really grown lately. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few workstations set up and a small area where we eat our lunch. It is not a corporate headquarters with glass walls or a lobby. Most days it is just the sound of typing and some quiet talk about whatever project we are currently handling. Finding our building can be a little tricky because the numbering in this phase is a bit strange, but we have been here long enough that we can give directions over the phone without thinking. We do not have any big slogans or goals painted on the walls. We just show up and do the work that is in front of us. Some days are long and we end up staying late, but we do not mind because the work is interesting enough. It is just a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We do not have a human resources department or any of those complex layers. It is just us working in Vijaynagar. We handle various tech tasks and try to stay on top of things. It is a very grounded way to live and work. We just take things as they come.
