Our place, Precise Gears Turbine Solutions, is at No. 77, on the 3rd Cross of 1st Main in Sharadanagar. We are quite close to Sai Saraswathi School, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, except when school lets out. We’ve got our workshop set up here. It’s where all the gear work happens. We aren't some giant factory. We’re more of a local operation. We like the neighborhood. It’s got a good feel to it. The space we have is just right for the machinery we use. We don't have a fancy reception area or a team of people in suits. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, getting things sorted. We deal with turbines and gears, so there's always a bit of grease around. We don't mind it. It’s part of the trade. We’ve been doing this for a bit now and we’ve learned the best way to get things done without making a big deal of it. We just focus on the task at hand. If you walk by, you’ll probably hear the machines running. That’s just us working away. It’s a simple life here in Sharadanagar. We don't need a lot of praise, just a job to do and the right tools to do it with. We keep the machines oiled and the floor swept, and that’s enough for us to feel good at the end of the day.
