Tamas Food Products

We are located over at Khelafat Bagh, right by Mehsaul Chowk. It’s a lively area, and there is always some sort of noise coming from the traffic at the intersection. Tamas Food Products is our small venture where we work on various food items. It’s not a huge factory with machines everywhere; it’s more of a local workshop where we do things by hand. The space is practical, with big tables and bags of ingredients stacked against the walls. We spend a lot of our time making sure the quality is what it should be, without all the corporate talk. If something isn't right, we fix it ourselves. The chowk is a good place to be because everyone passes through here at some point. We’ve got some neighbors who have been here as long as we have, and we all kind of look out for each other. Sometimes the afternoon heat makes work a bit slow, but we just take a break and get back to it when it cools down. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the food we’re making and hope people like it enough to come back. It’s a small team, just a few of us who know the routine well. We keep the doors open and just get on with the day’s tasks, making sure every batch is handled properly before it goes out.
