Mc Donalds

So, we run the Mc Donalds here in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Most people know the name, but our specific spot has its own way of doing things. Being at 842001, we get a mix of families and students coming in. It’s a lot of work keeping the kitchen moving, especially during the lunch rush. We have a crew that’s mostly from around here. We spend a lot of time cleaning tables and making sure the floors aren't sticky. It’s not always perfect, but we try. The machines break down sometimes, which is a headache for everyone. We deal with the heat in the summer and the crowds during the holidays. It’s just a regular job for us. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just open the doors and start cooking. People come in, they eat, they leave their trash sometimes, and we pick it up. It’s a straightforward business. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It feels like a part of the local scene now. We don't have any fancy office upstairs, just a small breakroom where we sit for ten minutes when we can. It’s loud, it’s busy, and it keeps us on our feet. We just focus on making sure the food is hot and the orders are mostly right. That's about it for us.
