Rd Max Private Limited

Our business, Rd Max Private Limited, is based out in Manika Urf, Bishunpur, which is in the Kurhani area of Muzaffarpur. We operate from the property of Ranju Devi and S P Singh. It’s very much a local operation in a part of Bihar that’s more known for farming than for private limited companies. We wanted to bring something different to the area. The office is simple, just a few rooms where we handle our business affairs. It’s a place where everyone knows everyone else. You won’t find any glass partitions or fancy furniture here. We have some desks, our files, and our computers, and that’s about it. The road leading up to us can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, but we are always here. We work on various projects that come our way, and we take pride in staying in Muzaffarpur instead of moving away. Most of the people who work here are from nearby villages. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or complicated goals. We just want to do our work well and make sure the bills are paid. It’s a practical way to live and work. Sometimes we sit outside during the lunch break and talk to the neighbors. It’s a very grounded way to run a company, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry about the rest.
