We are way out in Muzaffarpur, in a village called Madhopur Dulham. Specifically, we are in the Madhopur Dulham Tola within the Kanti Block. This is where Pipltech Solutions is based. It is a world away from the big cities like Patna or Delhi. Out here, things move a lot slower. The air is a bit cleaner, but the roads are definitely bumpier. We work from a simple building that fits right in with the rest of the village. Most days, you can hear the sounds of animals or the tractors in the nearby fields while we are working on our computers. It is a bit of a strange mix, having modern technology in such a traditional rural setting, but we like the contrast. We have to deal with some challenges that people in the city don't, like frequent power cuts and limited transport options. But we have learned how to manage. We have a small team of local people who are glad to have work so close to home. There isn't a cafeteria or a mall nearby, so we all bring our own lunches and eat together. It’s an honest way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address. We are just a group of people in a small village trying to build something useful for ourselves and the community around us. It is a quiet and steady life in Madhopur Dulham.
