Kusum Rajhans Agro Private Limited

Kusum Rajhans Agro Private Limited is run from a house called Kusum Kunj. It is the home of Lakhan Lal Rajak in Teghra, which is over in Haveli Kharagpur. We are a small local outfit that deals with agriculture in this part of the region. We didn't want to be a big faceless entity, so we kept things close to home. The name Kusum Rajhans comes from the family and the place where we work every day. Farming around Haveli Kharagpur has its own set of challenges, especially with the way the weather has been changing lately. We spend most of our time out in the fields or in the storage area making sure everything is handled right. It is a private company but it feels more like a family business because everyone knows everyone else here. We don't use any fancy talk or complicated business strategies. We just look at what the land gives us and try to find the best way to process and move it. There are days when the machinery breaks down or the labor is hard to find, but we just keep going. People in Teghra know where to find us if they have questions about their crops or if they want to see how we do things. It is about being part of the land and making sure the work we do supports the local community here in our corner of the world. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
